Usually we find that everything that happens to us is our own doing, perhaps our fault or even the consequence of our personal past. However, Family and Ancestral Constellations show us that very often, we are reproducing behaviors or situations that a member of our family or ancestral system has already experienced. In transgenerational terminology, we call this to "be entangled" with a member of our family or ancestral system. These influences can be contributing factors to serious physical illnesses, psychological disorders, accidents, repeated failures,...One way to reveal these influences in our family system is through the practice of family and ancestral constellations.
