Zen Meditation Class

We practice zen meditation which is based on the concentration on the breathing.
We learn to let pass our thoughts, our emotions and to come back to the breathing and the posture. We practice Samara yoga mouvements like the Major Arkanas and meditative movements which are very slow and help concentration and balance. We read the teaching of Idris Lahore on meditation.
