Meditation Class

Meditation is very important to contact calmness and serenity.
During this class, you will learn to come back to your body and your breath, to let pass our your thoughts and to create a space of silence innerly.
We practice Samara yoga movements like the major Arkanas that are a set of seven exercices with act on all the systems of the body and Meditative movements which are very slow and that help concentration and stillness. they make us more receptive to the world that surrounds us as well as our inner world.
